How to
Order
- Please read everything about the product details and pricing, including whatever is written here before asking any questions.
- If there is a need to inquire about the availability of a product (especially for the COLORS available with our colored products), please send us first an inquiry via PM or email before placing your order.
- Pick the items that you are SURE to purchase then contact us (contact details are available in the site).
- Make your payment via the options we have stated below.
Modes of
Payment
Payment can be done
through the following:
- SMART Money
- Chinabank Deposit
- Cash on Delivery/Meet up
- Please settle FULL PAYMENT ASAP
- Failure to pay within 3 days will automatically cancel your order and you will be listed as a BOGUS SHOPPER / JOY RESERVER.
- Please contact us immediately, preferably through SMS, once you have already paid (for option 1 and 2). We will check and then send a confirmation.
- If you will be using Smart Money, we will be receiving a confirmation text from SMART. We will then confirm the payment to you via SMS.
- If you will be using the bank deposit, please notify us if you have already deposited the money. Send the transaction number found on the receipt for confirmation. We will check it online and then send you a confirmation message via SMS.
Shipping
- We will only ship your items after your FULL PAYMENT (within 3 days).
- Items are shipped to the customer within 24-72 business hours (1-3business days) after payment is received. Normally, it’s only standard overnight shipping. But for some circumstances that's unavoidable like weather problems or trans-shipment (3rd party) - areas not covered by the courier, we give an allowance of 1-3 business days.
- We will inform you how much the delivery service costs, depending on what courier you chose.
- The cost of shipping is based on the weight and size of the item/s, as well as the location of the customer. This will be shouldered by the costumer.
- We are employing JRS Express and LBC for now to facilitate the delivery. Use of other couriers becomes an option ONLY when the customer’s location is not covered by these couriers. In which case, the customer should be willing to shoulder whatever additional cost in shipping the item/s will be.
- MAESTRO shall not be liable for any lost or mis-delivered orders while in the possession of the local courier. so please give us the proper address where you want to your orders to be delivered to.
- FOR WHOLESALE shipping cost, we can discuss it via PM or SMS.
Return
Policy
- Please take time to evaluate your options before placing an order. PLACE AN ORDER ONLY ON THOSE ITEMS WHICH YOU ARE SURE AND CAPABLE OF BUYING.
- Once an order is placed, cancellations will be allowed if the item is not immediately and readily available.
- In the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. our delivery item/s do not match your order on record), we shall bear the cost of re-delivery. The customer shall have five (5) working days from receipt of the item/s to report the error to us. You will then be given instructions on how to exchange your item.
